If there are any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify the damage with the delivery personnel directly and claim compensation or refuse to accept the delivery.

After-sales service: If you encounter any quality issues within three days from the date of receipt, please contact us immediately. We will provide a response for returns and exchanges. We will not accept any requests after the three-day period. If there are no quality issues, we will not process any returns or exchanges. If the buyer is dissatisfied with the product due to personal preferences, such as not liking it, significant differences from the pictures, not meeting expectations, or not being as good as they imagined, the product is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
