Product minimum order quantity:
All of our products are custom-made, and we do not support returns or exchanges. Custom products require you to provide the width and height of the finished curtains, the accessories, and the product model. The minimum order quantity for our products is 1 square meter. Our shipping time is generally 3-7 days after receiving the payment. The delivery cycle for large orders should be negotiated with our customer service. The price is calculated based on the area of a single curtain, and if the area is less than 1 square meter, it will be calculated as 1 square meter. If the area exceeds 1 square meter, the price will be calculated based on the actual area. The prices on the page do not include tax, shipping, or installation. If the finished width of the curtain is over 150 cm, an additional charge of 10 yuan for the long-length fee will be added.
About overseas customers:
Customers are responsible for contacting the consolidation company to confirm weight and width restrictions. Any product-related issues should be handled within mainland China. Successful signing for the consolidation warehouse indicates that the product is deemed to be free from defects, and the order is considered completed.
