1. About Shipping and Freight

Express deliveryThis business cooperates with the courier company, ANN Logistics. If there are any special circumstances, you can contact the customer service directly. After the payment of the goods and shipping costs are made, we will ship the goods within 3 days. If there are any special circumstances, we will contact you in advance.

CargoThe goods need to be picked up at the freight station, and the shipping logistics can be shipped based on the customer's provided logistics station (must be the logistics station available in Chenghai). The freight charge is generally prepaid.

Section 2: About Urgent Orders

This business does not accept urgent orders under any circumstances, nor does it accept requests to arrive by a specific date, as freight stations and courier companies are third parties and their shipping speeds are beyond our control.

Section 3: About Receiving Goods and Return

【收货】Upon receiving the goods, please inspect the outer packaging to ensure it is intact. If the packaging is severely deformed, damaged, or shows obvious signs of being tampered with, please open it on the spot to count and verify the contents. Any discrepancies should be resolved on the spot with the freight station or the courier company. If the problem cannot be resolved, please do not remove the goods. Contact us at the freight station for further negotiations. Otherwise, signing for the goods after receipt will be considered as acceptance without any objections.

【Return】1. All the goods sent by our company are brand new. Before shipping, we will ensure that the outer boxes are strong, intact, and tidy. During the transportation process, it is possible that some products may suffer from transportation losses. Especially in some long-distance cities, if there are some minor scratches due to collision or slight deformation of the product packaging due to transportation reasons, we will not bear the responsibility and it will not be a reason for return.

2. Our products are only available for a refund and not for exchange. Please accumulate a certain quantity for a return. If the returned products are in perfect condition, the product amount will be refunded at 80% off (some products may be subject to factory-specific discounts). The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

3. If the product is returned due to factors such as poor sales or not as expected in terms of sales volume, which are not related to product quality, we will refuse to accept the return. If you insist on returning the product, after we count the goods upon receipt and find that the product is not affected by resale, we will refund the customer at 50% of the original price. The return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
