q: Can you send me samples first?

A: We can provide samples when customers ask for them, but the freight needs to be paid on arrival. If there is no sincerity to cooperate in production, please do not ask for samples.

< proofing problem:

A: Generally, small order customers and old customers like our products. If the initial cooperation customers need proofing, we will charge a symbolic proofing fee. If the order quantity is over 10,000 meters, the return part of proofing fee will be charged.

A: In general, we take logistics freight, which is charged according to the length of the journey, and the freight is paid on arrival. Freight companies generally do not provide home delivery service. We are only responsible for shipping the goods to your city, and the freight company will inform you to pick up the goods. If you need urgent transportation, you must explain in advance that express delivery or passenger shuttle will be used for consignment, and the freight will be paid on arrival. Foreign trade customers shall be handled according to ports and relevant actual transportation methods.
