5. If the bag has loose threads or the stitching is not perfectly aligned, or if there are some loose threads, and the actual color of the bag differs slightly from the online description, this does not constitute a quality issue.
6. Overloading damages to the bag does not fall under quality issues.
7. The deformation and damage caused by high temperature, exposure to direct sunlight, or rain, as well as high-temperature dyeing, do not fall under quality issues.
8. Bag deformation and damage caused by force majeure (such as earthquakes, robbery, traffic accidents, etc.) do not constitute quality issues.
9. Bag maintenance is the responsibility of the user. Any damage to leather products, such as cracking, is not considered a quality issue if it occurs during use.
10. The bag has an odor, as the shipment volume is large and we are always packing new goods in time. Sometimes, the oil edges are not completely dry, and it will disappear naturally after a few days of opening. This does not constitute a quality issue.
11. Zipper cotton lining (due to the different colors and batches of the bags, the zipper heads and linings may vary). These do not fall under quality issues.
12. Due to the different batches of bags, there may be variations in the interior fabric pattern and color, the thickness of the base material, and the color of the zipper fabric. These do not constitute quality issues.
For bulk wholesale customers, the agreement made verbally or in writing with customer service is the standard. If all the goods are returned due to customer preferences or other issues, the customer is responsible for the round-trip freight charges. For pre-ordered goods with a large amount, our side will only refund up to 30% of the goods.
