Return Policy

Express delivery and shipping fees
The freight charge calculated by the system is for express delivery. Our company will specify the express delivery company, and we do not accept customer's forced specification of the express delivery company. Therefore, please confirm with our customer service staff before placing an order to ensure that the express delivery specified by our company can be delivered to the area you are in. Otherwise, the transfer fee caused by this will be the responsibility of the customer. If the customer does not raise any objections to our express delivery area, we will default that the customer belongs to the express delivery area (the express delivery of mainland provinces is generally only to the county level, and the specific information is subject to the official website of the express company). If the customer's area actually belongs to the over-delivery area, the customer needs to go to the designated express point to pick up. If you don't want to pick up yourself, you need the express company to arrange a trailer. In this case, the towing fee will be borne by the customer. If the customer refuses to pick up and is unwilling to let the express company arrange a trailer, then all express fees for the shipment and return of the goods will be borne by the customer.

Logistics and Freight
For general regions, the total order amount reaching 1000 yuan, and remote inland regions reaching 500 yuan can be more cost-effective to use general logistics or courier services. However, please contact customer service immediately after submitting the order to modify the freight. Customers using logistics services need to pick up the goods at the local logistics unloading point themselves and pay the freight to the logistics company. The freight charges given by our customer service personnel are estimated based on experience and are for reference only. The actual freight charges are determined by the logistics company. If, after the arrival of the goods, the customer refuses to accept the goods or requests compensation based on the estimated freight charges by our customer service personnel, we have the right to refuse. If the customer refuses to self-collect, all costs of shipping and return will be borne by the customer. If the customer needs to specify a familiar logistics company, they must first obtain the consent of our customer service. For the logistics company specified by the customer, the amount of fees charged by the logistics company has nothing to do with us, and we will not assume any responsibility for freight charges.
