1. About Shipping:

Our store cooperates with the courier companies: Yunda and Ytoon. If you need to specify a courier, additional freight charges will apply. If you need to send goods by logistics, please contact customer service to modify the freight charges. Logistics freight is collect on delivery.

II. About Receiving Goods:

Please carefully inspect the box around when receiving the goods. If you find that the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened, please open the box on the spot to inspect the goods! If there is a shortage of goods or damage, please do not take the goods first, contact us at the freight station for consultation; otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.

3. About Returns and Exchanges:

1. Exchange or return for free if there is no quality problem.

If the buyer needs to return the goods due to personal reasons, the damage and losses caused by the return of the product will be large. The above return of the buyer assumes the return freight, if the goods are free shipping, the shipping cost at the time of our shipment will be deducted, and the product needs to be processed at 80% discount. Please feedback the product problem to our after-sales service within 7 days after receiving the goods (the time of receipt is the time standard). If there is no feedback on any after-sales problem beyond the deadline, we will not accept it.

2. Quality problem returns and exchanges:

If the cumulative weight of products with quality problems reaches 20KG, the return shipping costs will be borne by our store (please contact our online customer service for details on whether to send by courier or logistics). If you want to return the goods in advance without meeting the weight requirements, the transportation costs for both ways will be borne by the buyer.

3. Damage to the goods caused by the process:

Please open the box in front of the logistics or courier personnel to check when receiving the goods. The cardboard box has elasticity, while plastic toys do not, so it is possible that the outer box is not damaged, but the contents are damaged. Please make sure to inspect the goods before signing for them. Product damage within 5% is considered normal. We will provide a service to re-order and send replacement parts to repair the damage, but we do not send them separately. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and it is not a reason for returning the goods.
