PS series rotary scrapers are necessary preparation tools before electric melting welding of plastic pipes and accessories. After scraping, the surface of the pipe is clean and uniform, and it can be scraped repeatedly as needed.

The blade scraper is composed of a adjustable support frame that covers all dimensions of the working range and a handle fixed with the blade. It has a simple structure and is convenient to operate, with the blade rod extending and retracting freely.

Due to the internal support structure, only the cutting bar moves along the surface of the pipe, so operation is smooth and free, without any jamming.

The PS series products ensure the continuous regular peeling and trimming of plastic pipes.

The blade holder of the scraping knife can be extended to the full length of the electrical tube, enabling the scope of the required scraping for on-site maintenance.

The RTC series of rotary scrapers, designed by RITMO and patented, is widely used in the pre-processing of PE water supply pipes (particularly suitable for steel-plastic composite pipes), gas electrofusion welding plastic pipes, and accessories. It serves to remove the oxidized skin from the plastic pipes before welding, preventing false welding caused by the oxidized skin. This oxidized skin removal process is essential.

The RTC series of rotary scrapers can be very convenient for removing oxidized skin caused by weather and ultraviolet rays. If the oxidized layer is not removed, it will seriously affect the quality of welding.

The main structural features of RTC products are that an internal supporting structure fixes the rotating scraping blade to the inner wall of the pipe. The blade rod rotates on the outer wall of the pipe. Due to this inner wall supporting structure being fixed by a central axis for rotation, the entire rotation process is very smooth and free, making the scraping process easy. It is currently the most advanced scraping blade on the market.

The distinctive feature of RTC 710 is its extendable arm, which can scrape the exact length of the electro-fusion welding, making it very suitable for maintenance and repair on construction sites. The main chuck has four extendable arms that directly clamp onto the inner diameter of the pipe.
