Redron Hot Rolled Plate
Hot plate, also known as hot rolling plate or hot bending plate, uses continuous casting billets or primary rolling billets as raw materials. It is heated via a step-type heating furnace, then de-scaled with high-pressure water before entering the rough rolling machine. The rough rolled material is cut into head and tail sections, and subsequently sent to the fine rolling machine. Computer-controlled rolling is performed, and after final rolling, it undergoes laminar flow cooling (with computer-controlled cooling rate) and is wound by a coiling machine to become straight coils.
