If you need a small platform and a footrest, you will need to purchase them separately. The small platform can hold various tools, making it easier for you to use them. The footrest can be used to turn the folding ladder into a scaffold, allowing you to walk as if you were on solid ground.
Please note when operating, when you turn the joint knob and hear a "clap" sound, it indicates that the joint is in the open position. Unfold the ladder, and then you hear another "clap" sound, indicating that the joint has returned to the locked position. Repeat the action until you reach the desired state.
1. Ensure that all rivets, bolts, nuts, and moving parts are securely connected, and that the ladder columns and steps are firmly and reliably attached. Ensure that the stretch clamps and hinges are in good working condition. 2. Keep the ladder clean, free of oil, oil stains, mud, snow, and other slippery substances.

1. Ladders should be stored in a dry and well-ventilated environment, and they should be regularly cleaned with clean and dry soft cloths to avoid corrosion of the ladder surface by certain chemicals.
2. Regularly inspect the connection parts and add lubricant if necessary.
