4. About Customization:
For custom-processed products, we require a 30% deposit as a down payment to cover the initial costs. Once the bulk order is completed and photographed, we will confirm with the client or send samples. Before the shipment, the remaining balance must be paid in full to arrange the shipment. Customized products are non-refundable and exchangeable, so customers are advised to carefully consider their orders.
5. About After-sales Service:
Glass products do not have after-sales service except for damage. Since they are made by machines, a small amount of bubbles or mold patterns are normal phenomena and cannot be avoided. Products with sprayed colors lose their color over time due to friction, scratching by hard objects, or exposure to the sun, which is normal and not considered a quality issue. Customers who require no defects or are sensitive to these issues should be cautious when purchasing. We cannot claim that the products are perfect, but they are worth the price. 6. About Shipping:
Due to our large shipment volume and the fluctuation of our inventory, please contact our customer service to confirm whether the product is in stock before making a purchase. All products do not include shipping fees. 7. About Damage Compensation:

8. Sign Receipt Instructions:

9. About Logistics
