The client provides the design drafts. Our company confirms that the prototype drawings are acceptable. The client pays the prototype fee, and we arrange the casting of the clay mold. Photographs of the clay mold will be provided to the client for confirmation within 7 days. After the client approves the clay mold, we proceed with mold opening and prototyping, and send the samples within 7 days. Once the samples are approved by the client, a bulk production contract is signed. The client pays a 30% deposit upfront, and we begin manufacturing the bulk product. After the bulk product is approved (via photos or by sending the sample for inspection by the client or direct inspection by the client), the client pays the remaining balance, and we can arrange shipment.
