\ 1 before using, check whether the rhinestone push bench line is connected properly, whether there is leakage or cable scratch.
\ 2 No water reaming is strictly prohibited. The method of water supply before drilling and stopping after drilling must be achieved.
\ 3 When reaming, first add 42 drill bits to drill through the pipe, remove the drill bit when pulling back and withdrawing the rod, and install reamer to drill back and reaming.
\ 4 when drilling reaming, adjust the reaming speed according to the soil quality and hole size.
\ 5 in order to facilitate the construction, the small non-hydraulic push bench is installed with a forward and reverse switch, which solves the problem of slow manual operation when changing the rod. Problem (when changing the drill pipe, you must cooperate with plier to clip the connection and then change the rod)
\ 6 carefully observe the work changes when changing the rod (only reverse changing rod), and confirm that the drill pipe is not loose, slide fastener, and the drill pipe falls off.
\ 7 generally, the amount of water injection required for reaming is larger than that for normal direct drilling. Properly adjusting the flow rate of high pressure water pump can reduce the silt in the pipeline.
\ 8 when drilling, the water flow rate is generally 10 ~ 20L/min and the pressure is 0.1 ~ 2MPa
\ 9 after reaming, if the pipeline silt removal is not ideal, the screw rod equipped by this machine can be used for secondary excavation.
