1. Most of our products are handmade, so there may be slight size and description discrepancies. During the molding process, there may be fingerprints (for clay products), or the painting may be slightly uneven (for spray paint products), or there may be slight paint loss due to transportation (for resin ornaments). Please understand! If you are too concerned, please consider your purchase carefully.
2. The final color and size of the goods shall be subject to the actual product. All goods in our store are photographed in person, and we strive to maintain the authenticity of the images, but there may be color differences due to some objective reasons such as monitor resolution and lighting. Since it is necessary to show details when taking photos, the images may seem larger than the actual goods. Please note the product description and size introduction before making a purchase.
3. Please ensure that you measure the actual size of the product according to the description before purchasing to avoid any size discrepancies. We do not accept returns for color mismatches, size issues, not as attractive as the images, or personal dislikes unless they are due to quality problems.
