Customization based on provided images

1: The buyer needs to provide a customized logo image. A high-resolution original image or images in formats such as JPG, AI, or TIF should be used. Send them to the customer service via Wangwang or QQ.

2: Our design team modifies the images according to the buyer’s requirements, then confirms with the buyer. After the buyer confirms and places an order through the store and makes the payment, we arrange production.

3: The normal production cycle for customized products is 2–5 days. Customers requiring urgent delivery should contact customer service and let them know.

4: Pillows, pillow covers – custom designs available; minimum order quantity is 50 pieces. For custom product prices, please contact customer service.

Direct shipping

1: We are a manufacturing company, and all products available for purchase in our store are in stock. Please feel free to place your orders.

3: Delivery is guaranteed within 48 hours (under normal circumstances, orders placed before 4:30 on the same day will be delivered on the same day, except during promotions).
