Those who do not specify may consider orders within a 10% error margin as normal sales. Those with demands for perfection and no minor flaws should be cautious. Thank you!

4. Customization Process:

Product inquiry: The customer provides images of the product or detailed information about the actual sample (material, size, quantity, packaging). Our factory will provide a quote based on the provided details.

Product prototyping process: After the customer confirms the product design, and the customer pays the mold fee, our factory schedules the mold production for prototyping and confirms the sample with the customer.

Mass production: After the sample is confirmed, a mass production contract is signed. Once the customer pays a 30% deposit, the factory will arrange the mass production.

Shipping: After the bulk production is completed, take photos or send the bulk samples to the customer for confirmation, or have the customer inspect them in person. Once confirmed, pay the remaining balance, and our factory will arrange shipment.

5. Regarding shipping

For items in stock, any items purchased and paid for before 5 PM the same day at our store will be shipped that day; items purchased after 5 PM will be shipped the next day. Please confirm with customer service before purchasing whether items are in stock. We use Zhongtong Express by default. If you need to send via Yuantong, Shentong, or SF Express (other carriers are not available), please leave a message with your details. Without a note, all orders will be sent via Zhongtong.
