the size is measured manually, and it is inevitable that there will be some errors. Customers who require too much size must tell the customer service how much the error range is acceptable before purchasing. If not, the error range is within 10%, which is normal sales. If you have perfect and no minor defects, please be careful. Thank you!

4. Customization process:

product Inquiry: Customers provide product pictures or detailed information of product samples (material, size, quantity, packaging), and our factory offers according to the information requirements.

Product proofing process: the customer confirms the product design draft. After the customer pays the mold fee, the factory arranges the grinding tool proofing and confirms the sample with the customer.

Large goods production: After the sample is confirmed to be OK, a large goods production contract is signed. After the customer pays 30% deposit, the factory will arrange large goods production.

Delivery: After the production of large goods is completed, take photos or send large goods samples to the customer for confirmation or the customer's personal inspection. After confirmation is OK, pay the balance. Our factory will arrange delivery.

5. About delivery

for goods in stock, if you order and pay before 5 pm on the same day, the goods can be shipped on the same day, and the goods will be shipped the next day after 5 pm. Please confirm with the customer service whether they are in stock before purchasing, our store defaults to ZTO Express. If you need to send YTO, STO, SF (other express delivery is not sent), please leave a comment. If there is no comment, you will be sent to ZTO. Please know!
