1. Mix batching starts at 100 pieces, with a minimum guarantee of at least 2 sets per item, one color per item, and we will try to evenly distribute the shipment. Re-stocking is also subject to a minimum of 100 pieces.

2. The price on the website is the wholesale price, and we do not ship on behalf of others. If you need large quantities, you can contact our online customer service for detailed discussions.

3. After selecting the goods, add them to the purchase order and take them together. The shipping fee will be automatically generated. Due to the frequent overloading of express delivery at the end of the year, the express delivery may often be adjusted. To understand the express delivery situation, please contact the customer service.

4. The goods will be shipped within 48 hours after payment. If there is an emergency that cannot be shipped in time, we will contact you in time.

5. Our store operates on low margins, and in the event of damage during transportation, we will each bear half the responsibility (our packaging is very strict, and the damage probability is very small). Please accept this and make a purchase.

6. The products on the shelf are basically in stock. For products that are temporarily out of stock, we will note it on the shipping list. After receiving the goods, please contact customer service to apply for a refund, and we will not send them separately;

If there are many stock shortages, we will contact you in time.

7. Regarding after-sales issues, please check the quantity and quality of the goods within 3 days of receiving them. If there are any problems, please promptly feed back to the customer service for processing.

Tip: Before we dispatch the goods, two colleagues check the quantity and style separately. Please carefully inspect the packaging upon receipt, and confirm that there is no damage or obvious signs of opening before signing for the delivery.

All the items in the store are actual weights, and the system will automatically calculate shipping fees. For orders that meet the free shipping criteria, please contact the customer service after placing the order to change the shipping fee.
