Requirements for construction base layer operational conditions:

2. The base surface must be free of water accumulation, dust, or oil stains. If any exist, they must be addressed before construction can proceed.

3. When the gaps in the color steel tile exceed 0.3 mm, reinforcement treatment must be carried out. Construction can only proceed after this treatment.

4. Yin-Yang corners: The wall surfaces at the planar and vertical walls' inner corners require treatment due to gaps.

5. Construction must be halted in the early morning when there is dew on the color steel tile surface.

6. When constructing rusted color steel, the embroidery coverage should not exceed 50%. Rust must be removed on the color steel tiles. (Heat resistance: 80°C, Low temperature: -40°C)

Construction Techniques:

1. Clean the base surface:

If it is removed more than twice, the bonding will become weak, and special preparatory coating is required for proper bonding.
