About the invoice

The prices listed in our store are the factory prices and do not include tax or freight. If you need to open a bill, an additional tax point will be charged. Please be advised.

1. Original manufacturer: We are original manufacturers with direct supplies, supporting OEM/ODM customizations. Our company has short production cycles and guarantees the quality of our products. Some of our products are available for immediate delivery.

2. Regarding colors: Due to the fact that all products in our store are photographed in person, there may be slight color differences due to light variations and the settings of each customer's computer screen. Although we have tried our best to represent the original colors in the photos, there may be a slight color difference occasionally!!

3. About Customer Service: After the customer has determined the product they need, they can contact our online customer service to confirm issues such as courier or logistics costs and delivery addresses. They can then place an order online. If a customer places an order on their own, please indicate their requirements in the order comments (e.g., changing the address, choosing courier or logistics transportation, specifying the logistics company, or selecting a specific courier service).

4. About Shipping: Due to the huge volume of shipments, we will only perform the click-shipping operation once we are confident that the shipment is genuine. Our company ships uniformly every afternoon at 14:00, and the click-shipping operation for online transactions is conducted from 18:00 to 20:00 every evening. Due to the manual nature of these operations, we may not be able to meet your urgent need to see the shipment immediately, but we hope that our dear customers will understand and be patient. For stock items, we will ship within 24 hours. Please check your order after 20:00 24 hours later to see if it has been shipped. Customized orders will be shipped according to the agreed time, and we will notify you as soon as the shipment is made. During peak shipping seasons, for stock items, we usually guarantee to ship within 48 hours. After placing your order, please check by 20:00 48 hours later. We are constantly striving to avoid any intentional delays, and we kindly ask you not to urge us. If you need the goods urgently, please place your order in advance.
