The dimensions are measured manually. Due to differences in measuring tools and methods, there may be an error of 1–2 mm. We will try our best to minimize this error, and no returns are accepted for dimensional issues.

Regarding shipping:

After the buyer pays for the order, we typically ship within 48 hours (two days). If there is a shortage of items, we will contact you by phone or WeChat.

Shipping and Logistics:

Regarding delivery acceptance:

Please ensure that you sign for the goods in person when they arrive. If it is signed for by family, friends, or a security guard, it will be considered as your signature. Please open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If any damage occurs during transportation, please directly verify and claim compensation with the delivery personnel or refuse to sign for the goods.

Regarding after-sales service:

If there are quality issues on the day of receipt, please contact us promptly. We will provide a response regarding return or exchange, and we will no longer accept such requests after the deadline. If there are no quality problems, and reasons are based solely on personal preference, significant differences from the image, dissatisfaction, or the product not being as good as expected, then the purchased item is not eligible for return or exchange.

Regarding diamond loss:

The bride’s jewelry has too many diamonds; sometimes a set contains one or two hundred diamonds. Additionally, due to shipping vibrations, diamond loss is inevitable. If diamonds fall out, please use the small glue provided to attach them back. Except for SF Express and air freight shipments where liquids are not allowed, other shipping warehouses will provide glue during packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to diamond loss.
