Product Defect

Handcrafted with care, imperfections are inevitable. Customers who are particularly picky about product quality are advised to exercise caution when making a purchase. Some of our products are high-quality replicas. The model's pictures are for reference only; please refer to the actual product images. While the quality and style are excellent, customers who are particularly particular about the craftsmanship and details of the products are advised not to make a purchase. Color difference explanation:

Due to the differences in the background, lighting, and the color reproduction of computer monitors, the color difference and color of the goods may vary, which is beyond our control and is not considered a quality issue. The goods are sold as is.

Dimension issue:

The size is measured by hand, and there may be 1-2mm errors due to factors such as different measuring tools and methods. We will try our best to minimize the error. Size issues are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

About shipping:

After the buyer places an order and makes payment, we generally ship the goods within 48 hours (two days). If there is a shortage, we will contact you by phone or Alipay.

Express logistics:

We default to sending by STO Express (you can consult customer service for this), if you need any other courier service, please contact our online customer service. We solemnly declare that courier and logistics are beyond our control, and please do not use the attitude of the courier and logistics service or the length of time it takes to arrive as the basis for our evaluation.

About the receipt signing:

Please ensure that the person receives the goods personally upon delivery. If the goods are signed for by family members, friends, or the gatekeeper, it will be considered as the person's receipt. Please open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If there are any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify the claim or refuse to sign directly with the delivery personnel.

About after-sales service:

If there are any quality issues on the day of receipt, please contact us immediately. We will provide a response for returns and exchanges, but we will not accept any requests after the expiration date. If there are no quality problems, but the buyer is dissatisfied with the product due to personal preferences, such as the difference between the actual product and the pictures, or because the product does not meet their expectations, the buyer is not allowed to return or exchange the product.

About the lost diamond:

The bride's jewelry is set with too many diamonds, sometimes as many as one or two hundred, and with the bumpy journey by courier, it's inevitable that some diamonds may fall off. If they do, please use the small glue stick provided to fix them back in place. Except for Express and air freight items, which cannot contain liquids, other courier warehouses will offer glue when packing. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on the reason of lost diamonds. If you are concerned about this, please do not make the purchase.
