How many pieces are required for a batch, and do you support mixed batches? Are there any restrictions on the amount? How is the freight calculated?
All products can be purchased in minimum order quantities as listed online; support mixed batch, with a mixed batch amount of 150 yuan or more, no quantity limit; support two types of transactions: Alipay and direct bank transfers.
We clearly state the weight of each product on our website. When you place an order, the system automatically calculates the weight, and the shipping fee is automatically generated based on the weight. The shipping fee is for express delivery. If you need further assistance, please let us know.

All our products are sold in stock, and the items displayed on the page are all in stock. Please feel free to purchase with confidence. Due to the large variety of products and daily sales volume, some products may not be available.

I have already paid. When will the goods be shipped, and how long will it take to receive them?
Due to the large daily shipment volume, we will ship your order within 24-48 hours after your payment is successful, based on the order payment sequence. The delivery time may vary due to distance, weather, and the operational procedures of different courier companies. Normally, for orders shipped to Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, it usually takes 1-2 days. For Anhui, Guangdong, Fujian, Shandong, Jiangxi, Beijing, and Tianjin, it takes 2-3 days. For other regions, it takes 3-5 days. For remote areas, it takes 4-7 days. For provincial logistics, it usually takes 3-7 days! If you have not received the item after the corresponding days, please contact our customer service. (If there are delays or loss of parcels due to peak season for online sales, sudden increase in shipment volume, or courier company overflow, please understand. We will make appropriate arrangements.)
What should I do if the product I receive has quality problems or is out of stock?
If there are any shortages or quality issues with the goods after receipt, please contact the after-sales customer service within three days. For goods with quality issues, please take photos of the goods upon receipt and send them to us for confirmation. You can send us images through our Alipay. We will give you a satisfactory solution. If there are shortages, please contact our customer service to apply for a refund if the shortage is noted on the list.
I have received the goods, but I am not very satisfied with them. Is it possible to exchange or return them?
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can exchange or return it within 7 days after receiving it. Please note that the product must not be used and the original packaging must be intact. The shipping fee is on your own.
The following circumstances are not refundable.
A product returned with damaged or incomplete packaging, or missing accessories or relevant documentation;
B Unauthorized repair or modification;
C was not used or stored in the normal manner.
The product is sold beyond the post-sale service period.
Seasonal products that are past their expiration date are non-refundable (e.g., fans in summer and warm patches in winter)
