【Buyer Notice】: For all products shipped by us, if there are quality issues or shortages during sale or use, please contact us promptly. We will resolve the issue immediately and provide you with a satisfactory response. Our inventory fluctuates frequently, and some items may be temporarily out of stock. After shipment, we will keep the shipping documents for record and notify customers in a timely manner. Once you confirm receipt, we will refund the difference on the same day.
1. Once the goods arrive at the receiving location, regardless of whether the outer packaging is damaged or not, the boxes must be opened for inspection. The goods should be inspected in person (weight measurement is recommended) and compared with our delivery note. After verification, sign for receipt. By signing for receipt, the customer assumes no objection to the quantity and category of the products shipped. Therefore, complaints regarding insufficient quantities will not be accepted. If the products are damaged due to transportation issues, please obtain a certificate stamped by the relevant transportation company and provide it to us, so we can assist the customer with claims. If damage or loss occurs due to logistics, we will not assume any responsibility.
2. For wholesale customers with long-term cooperation, we implement a long-order, long-warranty system. For customers who order small quantities, we comply with relevant regulations (return and exchange for non-human-induced quality issues within 7 days, warranty period of 30 days, and warranty for energy-related products is 180 days). When customers return items due to product quality issues, please send them back to our company using regular shipping, and the shipping cost shall be borne by the customer. If customers return items without contacting customer service first, we will not accept the return; our company does not accept payment for such shipments.
3. If the buyer claims it is unsatisfactory, hard to sell, or they made a mistake in purchase, and there are no actual quality issues with the product, we will not provide a return or exchange.
4. Products under warranty must be returned within the warranty period; they are eligible for warranty if their appearance is intact. Unauthorized repairs or modifications, or products used or stored in an improper manner, are not covered by the warranty.

If any product quality issues are discovered with the customer order, please send it back to our company using regular courier service. The shipping cost shall be borne by the customer. If the customer fails to communicate with customer service, the return request will not be accepted; we will not accept any payment.
3. If the buyers are not satisfied or refuse to sell due to a mistake, and there is actually no quality issue, we will not accept returns;
4. Warranty products must be returned within the warranty period; the appearance of the product may affect the warranty. Unauthorized repairs or modifications without permission; use not in accordance with normal usage methods, and storage of the product falls outside the scope of the warranty.
