1. Exclusive Customized Service

Our exclusive custom service is tailored to meet the needs of enterprises, combining the enterprise's own image and corporate culture to provide a personalized, comprehensive business supplies overall solution. The custom service process:

1. Negotiation: Please inform our customer service personnel of your custom requirements as much as possible.

           Custom content:

(a) Cover with LOGO and text: You can choose gold embossing, silver embossing, pressure printing (also known as embossing), or silk screen printing effects.

(b) Inside pages with inserts: You can choose to print in single color or in full color (color pages).

(c) Print LOGO or text on inner pages: Print LOGO or text on each page of the existing style.

(d) Internal Page Reprinting: As per customer's request, print the customer's designed format for the internal pages.

2. Quantity: A minimum of 100 books are required: We can add the company's logo and text to the in-stock styles at our store, but if there are special requirements, it will be necessary to arrange for the factory to produce them again.

3. Quote: Since the selling price and profit of each product are different, the custom-made price is also subject to the situation. We will give you a fair and reasonable price according to your requirements.

4. Place an Order: You can pay through Alipay or make a 30% down payment to us. The remaining amount must be paid in full before the delivery;

5. Production: During the production process, if you have any special requirements, please inform our business personnel as soon as possible. If we encounter any issues that need confirmation in our factory's production, we will also contact you in time to discuss solutions;

6. Lead time: Fast delivery within 24 hours, our usual lead time is 7 to 15 days. For urgent or special orders, please negotiate separately.

7. Transportation: For orders with a larger quantity, we recommend using daily express services such as Tian Tian or YTO Express for the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai regions. For other regions, we suggest using logistics services (the buyer needs to pick up the goods at the freight station in their city), and if you need to send by coach, please contact our customer service.
