Shortage (quantity insufficient upon receipt, no mention of items not sent):
1. For goods worth less than 300 yuan, please count the quantity in person with the transportation company staff when receiving the goods. If there are any missing items, please have the transportation company staff sign to confirm. We will compensate for the missing parts by finding the shipping company and compensating you.
2. For goods worth over 200-300 yuan, please inform us within 24 hours after signing for any missing items. We will cooperate with you to verify the quantity and do our best to resolve the issue. If you do not count the items within 24 hours or fail to inform us of any missing items in time, it will be considered that the quantity is correct. Additionally, due to the large daily shipment volume, each item may be sold out at any time. If a shortage of stock leads to a less shipment, we will refund you, or we will send it together with your next order, but we will not send it separately.
Packing Damage: We will do our best to assist the customer with this issue. Please (or any other person who received the goods) must inspect the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier (this is your right), if the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm. Problem 1: If the courier refuses to open the package together to check, the solution is: After you sign the courier receipt, keep it, and give it back to the courier after the inspection is complete. About returns and exchanges: For a return, the product must have a quality issue that causes it to lack the functionality it should have or does not meet normal standards. You must apply for a return or exchange within 24 hours after signing the delivery receipt, and the product must be returned within 24 hours after the application.
