 the following conditions cannot be returned or exchanged: The Returned product packaging is damaged or incomplete, the product accessories or related materials are incomplete, unauthorized repair or modification, products that are not used according to normal methods or damaged by human beings. Delivery time: delivery is usually arranged within 3 days after the customer places an order for payment. Orders placed or paid after 16:30 every day are deemed to be delivered the next day. If there are too many orders, we will try our best to arrange delivery within three days. If you have a large amount of special orders, you should communicate with us about the specific delivery time, which is subject to the delivery time communicated by both parties. If you need to choose express delivery, you should communicate with customer service in a timely manner.
 
2. Freight description 1. Logistics: We can only help buyers estimate the freight of goods. The actual freight is mainly based on the amount when picking up the goods, we can control the delivery time, but we can't say the delivery time of the freight station is accurate, please understand! 2. Express delivery: we calculate the freight of express delivery, and add the freight to the order before payment. 3. We do not bear the return freight for all orders, and the freight for exchange or return is not borne. Please read carefully when placing an order. 
 
 3. Signing instructions:
1. Ask the buyer to sign the package after checking it in person. If you find that the quantity does not match and the goods are damaged, Please seal them as they are and refuse to sign them immediately. Contact the owner immediately in front of the courier and return them after my confirmation. Once signed, our store will not bear any responsibility, please pay attention!!! The same problem occurs after others sign for it, so please sign for it yourself!

 2. Buyers should carefully check the goods in front of the logistics and freight company personnel when picking up the goods. If the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, packaging tape broken and damaged, and the sealing tape is incomplete, there are obvious signs of being unpacked and opened. Please check them in person. If you find any errors, you must negotiate with the logistics company to solve the compensation. If it cannot be solved, please contact us in time at the freight station for negotiation; otherwise, it will be deemed to agree to accept the goods after signing. 
 
 4. About after-sales: 
 for product quality problems, customers can negotiate with our customer service to transfer goods and exchange goods. If we receive the return goods and the packaging and accessories are intact, we will send the replacement and exchange goods, if you need to return the goods, we will return the goods at a discount of 20%, and will not bear any cost in transportation. 
 5. Exemption clause 
 1. The goods are produced and shipped by customers. The products are mainly made of plastic materials, and the packaging is paper materials. During the transportation process, especially in some long-distance cities, some products may be damaged by transportation, (For example, there are some scratches caused by collision, for example, some color boxes of color box packaging are slightly deformed), we will use logistics double-layer packaging, padded buffer, compact stacking and other methods to avoid the occurrence of damage events. Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by us. Transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangement, traffic conditions, etc, Not as a reason for return. 
 
 2. Our toys are cheap and good. They are worth the price. Some buyers feel that the workmanship is rough and defective after receiving the goods. They are not good materials. They are different from what they imagined, however, these are not quality problems. No matter what products are not perfect, each of our products is in the real-shot picture Upload station.  3. All dimensions are measured manually, and 1-2cm error is normal.
 
6. All product quotations in our store do not include tax. If you need to issue an invoice, contact customer service in advance to report the price including tax.

 Special note: Our store does not support return or exchange without reason! If the sales volume is not good or not as good as expected, we will not provide return or exchange for non-product quality problems. If you really want to return the product and the package intact without affecting the secondary sales, return the product at a discount according to the length of time, and the buyer shall bear all the freight, 20% discount within 7 days, return or exchange is not allowed for more than 7 days.
