Question: How is the laser charge?

Answer: More than 500 free engraving, less than 500 laser plus 0.2.

Question: Can your family do color printing?

Answer: Yes, stainless steel materials can be used for UV printing, which is the latest printing technology. In addition, drop casting printing and crystal printing are also available. There are many processes, please consult our customer service for more information.

Question: What format should the design draft for the customized guest product be?

Answer: The design draft should provide original files such as AI/CDR/PDF, if there are no original design drafts, clear images can be provided.
Question: Does the mold fee include the prototype fee, and how many samples can be provided?
Answer: The mold fee, also known as the prototype fee, provides 2-3 samples. If the amount is large, only one sample is provided. If the customer needs additional samples (no more than 5), the sample fee will be charged separately based on the product unit price.
Question: How many days for the prototype? How many days for the bulk order?
Answer: Prototype production usually takes 7-10 days, depending on the complexity of the product design. Mass production usually takes 12-20 days, which is determined by the quantity, and urgent orders can be accelerated by adding additional costs.
Question: How can I be sure that the product you make matches the design of the guest, and can the mold be changed in the middle?
Answer: After receiving the mold fee, our company will arrange for mold technicians to draw 2D or 3D renderings for customer confirmation. Before the formal molding begins, the customer can make suggestions for modifications. If our company can technically achieve the modifications, we will modify the mold plan. If during the molding process, the customer makes modifications after confirming the mold drawings due to their own reasons, the re-making mold costs will be borne by the customer.
Question: Can you issue a receipt? How many points will it be added?
Answer: Yes, we can issue invoices. For machine-printed general invoices, an additional 5% will be charged, and for value-added tax invoices, an additional 11% will be charged (the industry tax point is relatively high)
Question: Do you accept online payment for your orders? Can I pay by cash on delivery, and can I pay the balance after receiving the goods?
Answer: We have two payment methods: 1. Online ordering, where you need to pay the full amount of the goods. 2. Offline ordering, where you can transfer 30% of the deposit by bank transfer or Alipay, and the remaining amount must be paid in full before shipping.

Question: Can I get free shipping? What courier do you use?

Answer: We offer wholesale prices excluding tax and freight. For large quantities, we recommend using logistics and the default logistics is to pay at the point of pickup. We currently default to using ZTO Express, but if you need another courier, please contact our customer service.
