Each color of the off-road vehicle has four different models, and the models are randomly sent according to the color! Support single color or mixed color of four colors, the naked set is 360 pieces, and the color box set is 320 pieces. For details, please contact the customer service directly!

All products in our company have basic inventory. Due to the popularity of some products, there may be a possibility of not being able to ship some orders after placing them if the orders are large. Therefore, it is normal for the shipping period to be two to three days. We will try to arrange early shipping. If there are products in stock, we will strive to ship them the same day. For some products without stock, we will arrange to have them ready within three days. Please understand and forgive us! If you need to place a large order, the delivery period and payment methods need to be determined after negotiation with the customer service.

Our products come in various sizes, so we will decide whether to send by courier or logistics based on the situation. By default, we use Yunda Express for courier services, and for logistics, we will select a logistics company that offers delivery services based on your address. If you have a specific courier or logistics company in mind, please contact our staff before shipping.

The solution to the shortage problem: In general, we will contact the consignee to inform them of the shortage reason, and obtain their consent to replace the style or color, etc. If we cannot contact the consignee, the default principle is to distribute as much as we can according to the order. The remaining payment will be fully refunded to the buyer.

Please the buyer personally must check the goods when signing the parcel, and sign after confirming the goods are correct. If there are problems such as missing, short, or damaged goods during the inspection, you can seal it back and refuse to sign in front of the courier, and contact the customer service in person. After confirmation by myself, it can be returned. Once signed, the company will not be responsible, please pay attention!!! The same problem will occur after others sign, so please make sure to sign in person.

Damage: The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by our company (we suggest choosing a logistics company with insurance as a priority), but we have an obligation to do our utmost to assist the customer in resolving this issue. Our company will use double-layer packaging, adding cushioning, compact stacking, and other methods to avoid damage. Please (or the other person who receives the goods) must inspect the quantity and integrity of the packaging with the courier before signing (this is your right). If the quantity is incorrect or the packaging is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.

Question 1: The courier refuses to open the package together for inspection. Solution: After you sign the courier receipt, make sure to hold on to it. Only after you have checked and confirmed that there are no errors should you return it to the courier.

Question 2: The courier refuses to sign to confirm the missing quantity. Solution: You can just remember the courier's phone number and name.

Return Policy: We do not offer a 7-day no-reason return policy. In the event of a return or exchange request, the customer must ensure that the product is in its original, unopened packaging, undamaged, and is not affected by the second-hand sale. (Returned goods will be subject to a 30% discount). The shipping costs for returns due to no-reason exchanges will be borne by the buyer.

Subjective defects: Our products are of high quality and affordable, offering excellent value for money. Some buyers may find that the workmanship is somewhat rough, with imperfections, or that the materials are not of high quality, which does not meet their expectations. However, these do not fall under quality issues. No product is perfect, and if you are too picky, please look elsewhere. Our photos are taken from actual products, and all dimensions are measured by hand. An error of 1-2cm is considered normal.

Return and Exchange Policy: For products with quality issues that result in the loss of their intended functions, we will process a return or exchange, but the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. Due to the nature of toys as consumable goods, minor scratches and minor issues are unavoidable. Minor scratches and paint chipping on toys are considered normal and do not constitute quality issues. For returns, the buyer is responsible for both way shipping costs. For other reasons such as poor sales, not meeting expectations, or color differences, which are not quality-related issues, we will not provide returns or exchanges.

Product Quality: All products will undergo multiple inspections during production, post-production, and before shipment, only after passing these checks will they be sent out. However, due to various uncertain factors, there may be a lack of product functionality.

Product images are primarily taken with a real camera, which can truly reflect the details of the product. However, due to factors such as lighting, equipment, and shooting skills, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual products. Additionally, due to market changes, the color and packaging of the product and its packaging may be adjusted. Please refer to the actual product you receive for accuracy.

Other: Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by numerous factors such as weather, vehicle scheduling, and traffic conditions. The transportation time we provide is for reference only and is not part of the contract. It is also not a reason for returning the goods.
