本公司所有产品均有基本的库存，由于会有热销产品的出现，订单多的情况下不排除有些下单后没货发的可能，因此发货期在两到三天是正常的，我们会尽量安排尽早发货。有货的争取当天发货，部分没货的三天内配好货，敬请谅解！如需要大量下单的，货期和付款方式需要与客服洽谈后确定。
本司产品有大有小，所以视情况而定发快递或者物流。默认快递为韵达，物流按地址查询优先选择有进行派送的物流公司。如您有指定的发快递或物流公司，请发货前联系工作人员。
缺货问题的解决办法：一般我们会联系收货人，告知缺货原因，征得收货人的同意后更换款式或者颜色等。假如联系不上收货人，那么默认的是按订单配货能发多少就发多少的原则。剩下的货款会如数退还给购物人。
请买家本人务必在签收包裹时，当面核对商品无误后签收。如检验商品过程中出现缺货、少货、货物损坏等问题，可原样封好拒签，并当着送货员的面联系客服，经本人确认后可退回。一旦签收，本司概不负责，敬请注意！！！他人签收后出现的问题也一样，因此请一定要本人签收。
破损：因运输原因导致的破损责任将不由我司承担（建议优先选择有保险的物流），但我们有义务尽一切努力协助客户解决此问题，我司会采用物流双层包装、加垫缓冲物、紧凑叠放等方式来避免破损事件的发生。请您（或其他代收货物的人）签收前务必要和快递人员一起检查货物的数量和外包装的完整（这是您的权利），如数量不对或外包破损，请快递人员签名确认。
问题1：快递人员不肯一起打开检查 解决办法：快递单您签收后要拿好，要检查完确认无误后再还给快递人员。
问题2：快递人员不肯签名确认缺失量 解决办法：您记下快递人员的电话和姓名就可以了。
无理由退货：本司不提供7天无理由退换服务，如遇要求退换货的情况，客户须保证货物包装完好，未经使用，产品无损坏，不影响商品的第二次销售。（退回货物需打7折），无理由退换货运费由买家承担。
主观缺陷：我司产品都是物美价廉，物超所值，有的买家在收到货物后觉得做工有些毛躁，有瑕疵，不是好材料，和想象的不一样等等问题，但这些均不属于质量问题，不管什么产品都没有完美的，太挑剔的买家请绕道，我们的图片均为实物拍摄为主，所有尺寸都为手工测量，1-2cm误差为正常。
退换货：退货条件---产品本身的质量问题导致产品本身应有的功能缺失，我们将予以退换货处理，但由此产生的运费由买家承担，由于玩具属于易损耗商品，出现个别划痕及小毛病在所难免，玩具有稍微划痕和掉漆属正常情况，不属于质量问题，退货买家承担来回运费。其他如销量不好、没有想象中好、产品有色差..等非产品本身的质量问题，我们将不提供退换货。
产品质量：所发产品均会通过产中、产后、发出前多次检查，合格才发货，但各种不确定因素可能会导致产品功能的缺失。
图片与实物：产品图片均以实拍为主，可以真实反馈产品的详情，因光线、设备、拍摄水平等因素可能会导致图片与实物略有差异，因市场变化可能会调整产品及外包装的颜色、包装方式等，请以收到实物为准。
其他：运输是由第三方物流公司完成，非我们所能控制。运输时间受天气、车辆安排、交通条件等诸多因素的影响，我们给您的运输时间，仅供参考，不作为合约的内容，也不作为退货的理由。
