2. Regarding dimensions
All products are labeled with dimensions; you can check the dimensions in the product details. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.
3. Regarding Colors
There are numerous styles of accessories products. The available items are 'iron blank flower pieces' that have not been spot-welded or electroplated. After your order is placed, our company will arrange production and electroplating within 3–4 days. The electroplating is done using roll plating or hanging plating techniques, and the colors are standard. By default, all products are not treated with color protection (oil sealing). Please note to store them in a dry, sealed condition; wear gloves during installation! Our company is not responsible for color quality issues due to oxidation later on. For special colors, please contact customer service.
4. Regarding quantities
1. Since our in-stock items consist only of unwelded and unplated raw sheets (except for a small amount of stock), the quantity shipped will be based on the output from the plating factory. There may be a difference of 10–50 units either more or less. We will calculate the actual quantity, and any excess or shortfall will be refunded or compensated accordingly.
2. All accessories may contain 3–5% defective items; within this range, our store is not liable for compensation.
5. Regarding after-sales service
1. All our online products come with molds, but the designs are highly complex, which may lead to shortages of components. Therefore, we will replace them with similar products after notifying the customers for their approval.
Note: Please provide photos to our customer service within 3 days of receiving the goods, give an explanation, negotiate, and return them within one week. We will not accept the delivery after the deadline.
3 Once the coating is applied, no returns will be accepted due to any quality issues.
6. Regarding shipping
Because Iron Flower’s dimensions and weight vary depending on the product, the final weight and shipping costs can only be known after the goods have been electroplated and packaged.If sending by courier, just take another photo of the shipping cost when delivering the item.;If you choose the shipping method, the shipping fee is paid upon delivery.The shipping policy we follow is to minimize shipping costs while ensuring safe transportation, so please rest assured about shipping issues. We support all logistics, courier services, and shipping methods, but we do not cover the shipping fees.
