1. Regarding Delivery

Please carefully check the surrounding area of the box when receiving it. If the buyer needs to return the product due to personal reasons, since the return process will cause significant damage due to shipping, a 20% discount on the original price will be applied for a refund. 2. Returns and exchanges due to quality issues:

3. Damage to the goods during transportation:

Please ensure the unpacking and inspection are done in front of the logistics or delivery staff when receiving the goods. The cardboard box is elastic, while the plastic toys are not, so it is possible that the outer box may remain intact but the contents could be damaged. Please verify the items before signing for delivery. 5% damage to the product is within normal limits; we will provide a service to send additional parts for repair upon reordering, but not a separate replacement. The transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. Shipping time is affected by factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for return.
