【Product Name】Vehicle Inflator
【Material】Raw metal + plastic
【Product Dimensions】Length 15 cm, Width 7 cm, Height 11 cm
【Packaging Quantity】1, 6, or 20 pieces per box
【Weight】Model A: 1.1 kg, Model B: 0.65 kg, Model C: 0.45 kg
【Usage Instructions】Working voltage: 12V–1.3V for vehicles; Current: 130W for vehicle applications; Target tires: small to medium-sized tires; Environment: empty or partially empty tires; Environment: high water exposure or liquid exposure
【Accessories】0.7M inflatable hose, three different inflation needles (suitable for different inflating objects), a connecting cable approximately 280cm long, and a colored box.
【Usage Instructions】Remove the plug, insert it directly into the car cigarette lighter, turn on the air pump switch. Once the air pump starts operating, insert the air nozzle of the inflation hose directly into the tire valve. When you hear air escaping from the tire, it indicates that the air is circulating. Tighten the nozzle, and the tire will be inflated; no more air will escape. During inflation, the gauge needle moves with the increasing tire pressure. When the needle reaches the appropriate pressure (typically 223 kPa = 35 PSI for car tires), remove the plug and nozzle to complete the process. Please connect this device using the provided professional ball needle and nozzle to inflate balls and other air-required devices.
【Precautions】
1. Please start the car engine first when using it to boost power, as this does not consume the car battery.
2. This device is only compatible with DC (DC12V10A) power supply; household high-voltage power supplies are not allowed.
3. When inflating, take a cooling break after working continuously for 10 minutes; this can extend the motor's lifespan. For inflatable kayaks, you can work continuously for 30 minutes.
4. For standard tires, it takes approximately 3–6 minutes to reach a normal pressure of 220 KPA when inflating. Larger tires require a slightly longer time. If the gauge needle rises rapidly at the beginning of inflation, it indicates that air has not been properly filled into the tire; the process must be stopped and restarted. Otherwise, the gauge and motor may be damaged.
5. When using it, do not leave the device unattended. Always monitor the tire pressure, and avoid excessive saturation.
6. If the car cigarette lighter is not clean and non-conductive, or if the fuse is blown, the device cannot function properly. Please ensure that the cigarette lighter is conductive well.
7. This device should be protected from moisture, heavy impacts, and sand or mud intrusion. Avoid being played with by children to prevent damage.
8. If a shutdown occurs during use, it is due to insufficient power supply current from the cigarette lighter. The currents measured during inspection upon delivery are all above 12A.
9. The device has a high starting current; do not turn on the power switch while tires are connected, as this may cause the car fuse to burn out due to the excessive starting current. The correct procedure is to turn on the power first, wait until the air pump starts operating properly, and then connect the tires for inflation. If you need to restart the device after turning off the power during operation, remove the air nozzle before turning it back on to avoid damaging the car fuse.
【Application Scope】This device is suitable for inflating tires of cars and bicycles, as well as balls, rubber boats, and more.
On highways, in the field, or elsewhere, when car tires suddenly leak air and their emergency function becomes useful, prepare one and store it in the car trunk.
Maintaining the correct tire pressure at all times ensures fuel savings, protects the tires, and guarantees safe driving.
Note: Some air pump pressure gauges indicate 300 PSI, but this is merely for visual appeal; the actual pressure cannot reach that level (it is only about 20 atmospheres). Generally, tire pressure is around 2.5 atmospheres, which is approximately 150 PSI.
