Return and Exchange Policy:

Non-quality issues: loose threads, cut or scratched trademarks, powder scratches, individual missing stitches, missing needles, loose leather labels or accessories, or uneven or non-straight stitching due to reasons such as transportation or product deformation. These are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
