About after-sales service

The seller will bear the shipping costs for the return of goods due to quality issues, while the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns due to non-quality issues.

The following 5 conditions do not belong to quality problems of jewelry:

1. Due to the oxidation effect of air, skin oils, and sweat on silver jewelry, long-term exposure may result in discoloration and blackening.

It is recommended to regularly clean and maintain your jewelry, and try to store it in a sealed container when not wearing it. Avoid wearing it when sweating or bathing!

2. Since silver needles are relatively soft and prone to bending and deformation, they can be easily straightened by hand, which does not affect normal wearing!

3. Wooden, resin, pearl, agate, shell materials may have slight scratches during manual processing, which does not affect normal wearing!

4. All jewelry products of our factory are processed with anti-allergy technology. Due to the different physical constitutions of each individual, it is unavoidable for a small number of people with metal allergies to experience discomfort!

5. All products sold by our factory are photographed with actual items. Due to differences in mobile phones and computer screens and the reasons for shooting light, there may be color differences. Please refer to the actual color of the item for accuracy!
