This product is packaged in plastic bags, available in black and coffee colors. It includes four short-stem brushes and four brushes that can be connected to form a pen. The plastic handle is shown in the picture.

Single product size: length 19cm * width 6cm * thickness 1.5cm, weight 23.6g. Hand measurement may cause errors, please be careful when shooting.

1) After-sales issues: Wholesale profit is very thin, and we do not have the ability to bear after-sales services. If you are not satisfied with the product or there are problems such as damage in transit, we can accept exchange, but we do not accept refunds or discounts! The shipping costs for the exchange are the buyer's responsibility! The seller does not bear the shipping costs!
 
2) Shipping information: Please provide the detailed shipping address, recipient's name, and phone number, especially the phone number, which must be operational! After the goods are shipped, if the buyer needs to change the address or return the goods due to their own reasons, the shipping costs incurred will be borne by the buyer!
 
3) On-site inspection: Always count the goods in the presence of the courier when receiving! If there is any shortage, please contact us in time! Do not wait until after signing to tell us that you have not received anything. The responsibility for problems after signing is borne by the recipient themselves! (If the gatekeeper signs for you or someone else signs for you, it is also considered as a signed receipt)
 
4) Shipping time: We will randomly ship by express delivery such as YouSu, YunDa, YTO, etc., and the default international express for Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao is SF. If the default express delivery does not arrive, you can contact the customer service. The speed of delivery has always been a problem that troubles us. If you need the product urgently or do not have patience to wait, please be careful to shoot, especially for third-party customers, must communicate well with the boss about the time of delivery and the early time we place an order here to prevent the loss caused by logistics delays. Sometimes the weather can affect the speed of the express delivery. Do not ask us when we can arrive, we can help you urge the express delivery, but we cannot control the express delivery! Do not take revenge on us because of the speed of the express delivery and the attitude of individual couriers! We will not accept after-sales problems caused by the time limit of the express delivery or third-party logistics, because the loss caused by third-party logistics needs to be communicated by yourself!
 
5) No Acceptance of Middle-to-Low Ratings: Dear customer, if you have any further questions after reading the above, feel free to consult! We do not accept: no freebies, slow delivery, poor delivery personnel attitude, the product is not as good as expected, etc., due to these issues and the resulting middle-to-low ratings!
 
6) Color Difference: Due to the display, photography, and graphic design processes, there may be slight color deviations in the product! The color is subject to the actual product!
7) Product Batch Issue: Each batch of makeup brushes produced may vary slightly, and there may be some discrepancies from the actual photos. Customers with high standards for the product are advised to consult the customer service for the actual goods of the current batch. We do not accept after-sales service due to partial differences between the product and the images!
8) Special Note on Returned Goods: Due to the packaging issues of iron box makeup brushes, there will be some damage during the return transportation, and we cannot accept returns for these products.
