Instructions for Purchase:

All products shipped do not have the "no effect" issue; it only concerns whether the hair can be colored and the correctness of the operation methods. Before filling, all materials from the factory undergo quality checks and hair dyeing capability tests. Filling only proceeds after passing these tests, so there are no cases where 1–2 boxes in each batch are uncolored.

If there is no color development, the analysis may include the following scenarios:

1. During extrusion, if only one side of the bottle nozzle produces the paste, the color will not appear (normal operation requires paste production from both holes simultaneously).

2. If the bottle inside is damaged during transportation, even after mixing dose 1, dose 2, and oxidation occurs, it will not color up (after mixing dose 1, dose 2, and oxidation for more than 3 days, it will no longer color up).

3. Inconsistent application or improper usage methods by the user, without following the product instructions, can also lead to coloring issues.

4. In some individuals, particularly those with thick and hard hair, combined with extremely cold weather in the region and short stay periods, color development may not occur.

———Regarding the color painting issue———

1. Hair that has been dyed black and treated with black oil cannot be colored with any other colors (requires fading treatment)

2. Chestnut, coffee, wine red, and dazzling purple – these four colors are used on black natural hair. They cannot cover white hair. If the hair has previously been dyed in dark colors, chestnut and coffee colors cannot be used.

3. Two colors: Deep Coffee and Deep Wine Red. They are colored hair shades, suitable only for clients with white hair. The brighter the white hair, the brighter the color; if there is less white hair and more black hair, the overall effect is darker. The Deep Coffee and Deep Wine Red effects can be seen under sunlight.
