2. If the product is damaged during transportation, the mixture of the 1st and 2nd agents will not be able to color after oxidation, even if it has been mixed and oxidized for more than 3 days.

4. Some individuals with very coarse and hard hair, as well as those staying in very cold weather or for a short period of time, may not achieve the desired color.
