Regarding the matter of consignment: The company cuts off orders at 5:30 AM daily, and if the goods are delivered before 5:30 AM, they will be dispatched on the same day unless there is a special situation.
We provide a one-stop shipping service in China, with the following details: for customers on Taobao and Tmall, you can place your orders directly, and if there are any special requirements, please note them in the order. We will try our best to meet your needs. Our factory mainly focuses on wholesale, and for customers who choose one-stop shipping in China, you will be responsible for the shipping and return freight costs.
Cross-border platform: We will print the packaging and send the goods for you, and charge a 3 yuan per ticket manual labor fee. The main channel of distribution is YW, DSF, WX, WULI, ZYXL, EUB, EMS, DHL and other existing conventional channels. After sending, the customer needs to track it themselves. 【Wholesale Distribution After-sales Rules】:
1. If there are any quality problems with the product, please contact customer service within 7 days of order receipt (for wholesale customers, within 30 days) to handle it (take photos or videos of the product and inform the customer service). After verification and confirmation, the return shipping fee will be borne by us (the buyer needs to prepay the return shipping fee in advance). If the return is detected to have no quality problems after our side inspection, the return shipping fee needs to be borne by oneself.
2. Non-quality issues, no-reason returns, etc. Customers with consignment orders should contact customer service within 7 days of order receipt for processing, and the freight is at their own expense. The product cannot be opened, has not been used, and the packaging is intact, and cannot affect secondary sales.
3. For wholesale customers, if there are no quality issues, they can exchange the goods at the original price within 90 days after the order is signed, return the goods at a 70% discount, and exchange the goods at an 80% discount within 120 days and return the goods at a 50% discount. The shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The product cannot be opened, has not been used, and the packaging is intact, and cannot affect the secondary sales. If the order is signed after 120 days, it will not be exchanged or returned. Products that have stopped sales in the store (without product links) are not accepted for exchange or return.
4. If you discover a shortage or omission after signing for the goods, please contact us within 7 days to handle it. Take photos of all products and the shipping list and inform the customer service. We will verify with the warehouse and retrieve the shipping video to check. If it is confirmed that there is a shortage or omission, we will send a replacement or process a refund. If you contact us after the time limit, we will not process it!
