"Wholesale-Dropshipping After-Sales Rules":

1. Shipping time: The company cuts off orders at 5:30 PM every day. Orders placed before 5:30 PM will be dispatched on the same day, unless there are special circumstances. Due to the large volume of shipments, once the express shipping number is issued, refunds for orders will not be refunded for shipping costs.
2. If there are any quality issues with the product, please contact customer service within 7 days after the order is received (for wholesale customers, it's 30 days). You can provide photos or videos of the product to inform the customer service. After verification and confirmation, we will bear the postage. If the return is detected to have no quality issues after our inspection, the return shipping fee will need to be borne by you. (Ensure that the packaging is intact, and used products will not be accepted).

3. For non-quality issues or returns without reasons, please contact customer service within 7 days after the order is received (30 days for wholesale customers), and the shipping cost will be at your own expense.
