About after-sales service: For products with quality issues leading to missing functionality, we will process a return or exchange. If no after-sales issues are reported after this period, we will not accept any claims. For quality issues, please contact our customer service first for registration and processing. If the product is not registered, it will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
