（1）For shipments under 50kg within Zhejiang Province, we recommend using express delivery services such as STO Express, Yunda, and YTO Express. For shipments over 50kg, we can use Anneng Logistics (free home delivery) or City Star (self-collection).

For shipments under 30kg to other provinces in Zhejiang, it is recommended to use express delivery. For shipments over 30kg, you can use Anneng Logistics (free home delivery) or City Star (self-collection).

2. About the receipt signature

（1）Please open the box and inspect the goods when you sign for them, verify the product information, and confirm that there are no errors before signing.

(2) If there are any damages or product differences, please note the details of the missing items on the courier receipt, take a photo as evidence, and contact customer service for resolution.
