Orders placed directly without purchasing a sample will be deemed to recognize the quality of the product by default.
4. Once the custom product is confirmed by both parties, under no custom errors, the buyer cannot apply for a return or refund for any reason! Please buyers must fully understand the product quality, packaging, delivery schedule and other information and materials before customizing the product.
5. After the buyer signs for the receipt, they should inspect the quality and quantity of the goods within three days. If there are any problems, please consult with the seller.
