1. Delivery time:

the payment will be delivered on the same day or the next day. If there are too many orders, we will try our best to arrange delivery within three days. If you have a large amount of special orders, you should communicate with us about the specific delivery time, which is subject to the delivery time communicated by both parties. If you need to choose express delivery, you should communicate with customer service in a timely manner.

II. Freight description

1. Logistics: We can only help buyers estimate the freight of goods. The actual freight is mainly based on the amount at the time of delivery. We can control the delivery time, but we can't tell the arrival time of the freight station correctly. Please understand!

2. Express delivery: we calculate the freight of express delivery, and add the freight to the order before payment.

3. We do not bear the return freight for all orders, and the freight for exchange or return is not borne. Please read carefully when placing an order.

III. Receiving standards:

1. When the buyer picks up the goods, please check the goods carefully in front of the staff of the logistics and freight company. If the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, packaging tape broken and damaged, and the sealing tape is incomplete, there are obvious signs of being unpacked and opened. Please check them in person. If you find any errors, you must negotiate with the logistics company to solve the compensation. If it cannot be solved, please contact us in time at the freight station for negotiation; otherwise, it will be deemed to agree to accept the goods after signing.

for product quality problems and unsalable problems, our store will exchange other products of the same amount. Customers can negotiate with our customer service to exchange goods. We receive the return and the packaging and accessories are intact, if you need to return the goods, we will return the goods at a discount of 20%, and will not bear any cost in transportation.

V. Exemption clause

1. The goods are produced and shipped by customers. The products are mainly made of plastic materials, and the packaging is paper materials. During the transportation process, especially in some long-distance cities, some products may be damaged by transportation, (For example, there are some scratches caused by collision, for example, some color boxes of color box packaging are slightly deformed), we will use logistics double-layer packaging, padded buffer, compact stacking and other methods to avoid the occurrence of damage events. Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by us.

Transportation time is affected by weather, vehicle arrangement, traffic conditions and many other factors, and is not used as a reason for returning goods.

2. Our toys are cheap and good. They are worth the price. Some buyers feel that the workmanship is rough and defective after receiving the goods. They are not good materials. They are different from what they imagined, however, these are not quality problems. No matter what products are not perfect, each of our products is a real shot.
