1. About the receipt:
Please inspect the goods before signing for them.
If you find the quantity is incorrect or the goods are damaged, please stop signing immediately and contact us in the first instance.
Please contact our customer service personnel to negotiate the handling. Do not sign blindly. All authorized signatures or proxy signatures are considered to be made by the consignee or by the consignee's authorization. Thank you for your cooperation!
2. Explanation of Replacement for Defective Goods:

Before exchanging the goods, you must inform our customer service and obtain our consent. Otherwise, we have the right to refuse to accept the exchange!
The return shipping costs for the defective items will be borne by you, and the shipping costs for the replacement items will be borne by us.
Our company has quality inspectors who conduct strict checks on products before, during, and after production to ensure that the quality of our products is 100% flawless before shipment.
However, due to various uncertain factors, our company can only guarantee that 97%-98% of the products will be free from quality issues upon arrival. The remaining 2%-3% is within the scope of exemption.

3. Return Policy:
Our products are sold at wholesale prices and we cannot guarantee that there will be no problems with the goods.
If there is a return or exchange due to this issue, the round-trip shipping costs will be at your own expense.
If you really want to return the product, please do so under the condition that the product and packaging do not affect sales. You can return or exchange the product at a 70% discount.
The validity period is within 7 days from the date of receipt. After 7 days, we reserve the right to refuse your request!

Shipping time: Orders paid before 16:00 will be shipped the same day, and orders paid after 16:00 will be shipped the next day.

Shipping by courier: default is ZTO Express and J&T Express. If your area is not within the delivery scope of the courier, you can contact the online customer service to negotiate your shipping requirements directly;
