5. Delivery within 72 hours after the customer pays successfully. In case of special circumstances such as out-of-stock holidays, the delivery period will be extended.
6. The fabric of our factory has been improved several times, which is suitable for cross-border markets.

Company Services     

1. Pillow can add hanging card, sewn-in label, cloth label, no additional charge.
2. The size of the pillow is strictly controlled. Due to manual errors, the size will not be less than 44cm * 44cm.
3. When the customer receives the pillow, there are pollution, incorrect dimension, Zipper damage, etc. Please contact the customer service and send it back. The company will bear the return delivery fee.
4. Pack 10 pieces normally and 1 piece is OPP bag. Contact customer service if you need to change the packaging method.

Shipping instructions

if you order a customer whose weight is less than 5kg, the default delivery is ZTO Express (please confirm whether the express delivery can arrive after placing the order. If not, please contact customer service. Otherwise, the default delivery is plain mail). If the purchase quantity is above kilogram, due to the large volume and weight of the goods, we recommend that you choose ordinary logistics for high express delivery costs. Please consult customer service logistics costs and modify the freight after ordering. Ordinary logistics freight can be paid on arrival.
