1. All the goods in our store are photographed with actual items. Due to differences in monitors, there may be slight color differences. We provide detailed descriptions. If you have any questions, please consult the customer service before purchasing.
Manufacturers direct sales, specialized in group purchases of cups, commemorative cups, souvenir cups, event prize cups, gift cups, and gifts for major celebrations. Also available for corporate and enterprise units, with the option to print the required text and patterns, as well as the company's logo (additional plate fee applies). Custom packaging boxes/gift boxes can also be designed (additional plate fee applies).
Section Two: Customization Instructions:
After the logo design is confirmed, both parties will determine the final price. Once the client pays a 30% deposit for the goods, we will begin the printing process. The logo and text for the advertising cups will be provided by the client, and after our company formats and produces them, we will send them back for the client to confirm if there are no errors. Once the confirmation is given, the printing can proceed.
III. Time Specification:
Customized advertising cups with a quantity of less than 1000 require approximately 3 days to print the logo (please consult the customer service for specific information).
IV. Logistics Description:
The price of this product does not include shipping fees. For small items and samples, we use a default courier service nationwide. For bulk orders, we ship by logistics and the shipping cost is collected upon arrival. (Please rest assured that courier shipping is more expensive, but the price for logistics with payment upon arrival is the same.) The logistics cost and time will be discussed based on the location. The shipping fee is subject to the actual price charged by the logistics company. We will choose a logistics company with reasonable and cheap shipping fees to deliver the goods.
V. Receipt Instructions:
During the transportation process, there may be cases of missing items. Please inspect the goods upon receipt (checking for any damage to the packaging and the correctness of the quantity) before signing for them. If there are any shortages, please refuse to sign and write down the missing goods on the parcel form. The parcel may have signs of being opened. Please contact us immediately, and we will handle the situation appropriately. If there are any problems after signing, we are sorry but we cannot help. If someone else signs on your behalf, it is also considered as a receipt. We hope that our customers will understand!
Sixth, After-sales Instructions:
If the customer receives the product and finds quality issues, we will provide a full exchange guarantee, and the shipping costs will be borne by our company. If the customer makes a mistake due to carelessness, our company will actively seek solutions to help the customer resolve the problem and minimize the loss!


Attachment: Each cup in the advertising gift will be printed by hand and will be carefully inspected before shipment. If there are any cup damage, please contact our customer service or call us in time before signing to facilitate timely consultation and resolution with the logistics.
