About shipping:

Return and Exchange:

The discount is 80% for items returned within 7 days, and 70% for items returned after 7 days. All shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
About after-sales service:
Product quality issues leading to missing functionality will be dealt with through a return or exchange process. Please report any product issues to our after-sales service within 10 days of receipt (time of signature applies), after which we will not accept any feedback on after-sales issues.
If you encounter quality issues with the products, please return a minimum of 20 kilograms using standard logistics. We will bear the shipping costs. If it is not possible to accumulate a sufficient quantity, the customer and our company will share the shipping costs for one-way return. Please ensure that the product packaging is intact upon return; otherwise, we will not accept the return.
