Ordering Instructions
Special Note: All custom-made products, including silk screening, heat transfer, laser engraving, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please consider this carefully. During the sample confirmation process, we will strictly follow the customer's requirements. For bulk production, we will proceed with the samples that have been mutually confirmed.
1. Product information is a indicative price, the detailed price shall be subject to the negotiated price with the sales representative, and the price is closely related to the quantity, the more quantity, the better price.
2. The policy of the factory is that sample fees must be paid in advance before sending samples. The sample fees will be refunded after the order is placed. The sample fee is twice the wholesale price, and the freight is collect.
3. Payment Method: Full payment by Alipay directly, or sign a production contract and pay a 30%-50% deposit, and settle the balance before shipment.
4. The product can be produced with the specified colors and patterns at the customer's request (silk screen LOGO, thermal transfer pattern, laser engraving LOGO).
5. For specific requirements regarding packaging methods, shipping methods, and production times, please consult our sales representative, and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

Please record the product model after you see our products, and then tell us your purchasing requirements, such as: the number of orders, LOGO and text requirements, whether to issue an invoice, packaging requirements, transportation methods, and arrival time... Our sales staff will give you a quote according to your requirements and answer some of your questions.

After consulting and negotiating, you have a clear understanding of our products. To confirm the quality of the products, you can contact us to purchase samples or come to our company to see the samples.
Product Order Signing:
After confirming the samples, we need to sign a sales contract to better serve you according to the agreed terms.
Design Draft and Proofing Confirmation:
After signing the sales contract, to ensure the quality of the products, we require customers who order custom products or have logo text processing requirements to confirm our design rendering effect or actual samples before placing an order for mass production. (A rendering effect confirmation and sample confirmation letter are required.)
Product Production:
After the rendering effect and sample proofing are confirmed, we can proceed with the production with confidence.
Customer Acceptance Payment:
After the product is completed, we will take photos of the bulk order sample for your confirmation, or we can send you the sample for inspection. If necessary, you can also personally come to our factory for inspection. Welcome!
