1. How is the quality of the shoes? What should I do if I find any quality issues with the shoes?
Answer: The color of the product is subject to actual items. The photos on the website are taken with a standard camera and are not as beautiful as those of other factories. The products are samples made at the beginning of the year, and the actual products for sale are better than those of other factories at the same price. The shoes are only packed and shipped after careful inspection. Because of manual production, there may be imperfect products, but the imperfection rate does not exceed 1%. If the customer finds that the imperfect shoes exceed 1% after receiving the goods, please contact us to consult and resolve. You can send the shoes to our factory for repair or return within 7 days after receiving the goods (only defective shoes can be returned, not the entire order).

Do you have any more discounts on the price?
Answer: 1000 pairs are already a large-volume wholesale price, and the discount has been given to all our customers.

Three, which shoes are in stock for wholesale?
Answer: All products in stock for sale, please call in advance to confirm during the peak season in October.

What is the minimum order quantity? Can I mix batches?
Answer: The minimum order quantity for each model is not the same, with quantities such as 2 boxes, 3 boxes, and 4 boxes. If the total quantity exceeds 20 boxes (or the amount exceeds 10,000 yuan), you can mix batches without being limited by the minimum order quantity for each model. You can start with 5,000 pairs for custom-made samples.

How are the shoes packaged? How are the colors and sizes matched?
Answer: In general, each pair of shoes is first placed in a PP bag. For 80 pairs of cotton slippers, they are mixed by size and color and packed into a box. For 60 pairs of cotton shoes, they are also mixed by size and color and packed into a box. Most shoe models have both men's and women's shoes, divided into 5-6 colors and 5-6 sizes. Therefore, in a box of shoes, there may be 10-20 pairs of shoes of different colors and sizes. For women's shoes, the sizes are 26 and 27, and for men's shoes, the sizes are 28 and 29. If there is a requirement, please indicate in advance.

Six, how do you make the payment? Can I use Alipay?
Answer: The payment method for shoes is bank transfer, and the goods will be shipped after the payment is received. The second method is to use Alipay payment, which ensures the security and trust of your transaction.

Does the sample shoe come with a gift? How is the fee charged? Can the sample fee be refunded?
Answer: New customers will be charged, and the fee is calculated based on the retail price (triple the wholesale price). If there is a successful transaction in the future, it will be converted to the wholesale price, and the remaining amount can be refunded. For existing customers who have a successful transaction and receive a five-star review, the fee will be charged at the wholesale price. The delivery fee is borne by the customer.

When will the shipment be made? How long will it take for the goods to arrive?
Answer: The manufacturer's shipping time: Shoe stock is generally divided into one or two days and three days or more, depending on the existing quantity and production situation. For custom-ordered shoes, the time will be determined separately. The transportation time on the road: Express delivery is 1-3 days, and freight forwarding is generally 3-10 days. The specific time depends on the distance and the degree of transportation convenience. It is particularly important to remind customers: Due to the limitations of transportation conditions, the unloading point may be several kilometers or even dozens of kilometers away from the customer, and the customer needs to pick up the goods themselves.
