【Buyer Notes】

1. Indicate the requirements.

Please gather as much information as possible about the product before purchasing. If you have any questions, please leave a message; customer service will respond to you as soon as possible. If there are special requirements, please also leave a note on the order.

2. Sufficient supply of materials.

Our store has an ample supply of products, so you can shop with confidence. If there is a slight shortage and we cannot update the inventory promptly, please contact us, and we will resolve it for you as soon as possible.

3. Color difference issue.

Our products are typically photographed in real life. Due to factors such as technology, monitors, lighting, and environment, slight color variations may occur. This is a normal phenomenon, so please understand it. For buyers who are highly sensitive to color differences, it is recommended to purchase a sample first and place an order only after satisfaction.

4. Return and exchange processing.

Our store offers 7-day no-reason return policy, and you can exchange the product within 15 days. Please feel free to purchase with confidence! If you need to return or exchange, please contact us first. If you are not satisfied with the product, we welcome your valuable feedback. We strive to improve! Please pack the item carefully when returning it to avoid damage during shipping, which could lead to unnecessary losses.

5. Signing for Instructions.

When you receive the package, please do not rush to sign on the delivery receipt. Try to inspect it on the spot in front of the courier. If there is any damage or shortage in the items, please refuse to accept it! And do so immediately.

Contact the shopkeeper (the contact number is on the delivery note). Once signed, it indicates that you acknowledge the quantity and condition of the goods; the shopkeeper will not be able to claim compensation from the courier for the buyers!

Please be aware that our store will no longer bear any liability for losses resulting from incorrect, missing, or damaged products! If you have any issues after receiving the items, please contact us promptly! The shopkeeper and the buyer will work together to resolve the problems.

Make the buyer return 100% satisfied! Finally, wish the buyer a pleasant shopping experience at this store!
