Customer's Notice

1. Shipping Method: Small items (weight less than 50KG) are generally shipped by courier. Our company normally cooperates with Yunda, ZTO, and customers can contact the customer service if they need to use other couriers. If there is a need to compensate for the difference in freight, the freight will be directly modified. Large items (weight more than 50KG) are generally shipped by logistics. We normally use the nearest logistics. Customers can also provide their own designated logistics points.

2. Shipping time: In normal circumstances, goods with immediate payment will be shipped within 36 hours after the order is placed. For custom-made orders, the delivery time will depend on the quantity and variety of the custom-made goods, as well as the specific order and the agreement with the customer (standard varieties and quantities will be shipped within 7 days of order).

About after-sales service: If the return or exchange is not due to a quality issue of the product, the round-trip shipping costs must be borne by the buyer. Customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. After confirmation, please send the goods back using a standard courier service. The buyer should prepay the shipping costs.
