1. Shipping Method: Small items (weight less than 50KG) are generally shipped by courier. About after-sales service: If the return or exchange is not due to a quality issue of the product, the round-trip shipping costs must be borne by the buyer. Customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If there is a quality issue with the product or if the warehouse sends the wrong goods, please contact customer service to confirm the correctness. After confirmation, please send the goods back using a standard courier service. The buyer should prepay the shipping costs.

Return and exchange process: 1. Please contact online customer service within 5 days of receiving the goods, providing photos of the product quality as evidence; 2. After the customer service confirms your application, return or send the goods; 3. The returned and exchanged goods must be intact; 4. However, due to differences in shooting times, angles, display screens, and individual perceptions of color, there may be a certain color difference between the actual product and the photos. The final color should be determined by the actual item received.
